Lea Rossi holds a law degree from Milan State University and a master’s degree in Advanced International Legal Studies from the University of Milan – Verona. She is admitted to practise law in both Italy and France. Lea has acquired extensive experience in all areas of employment law and advises both national and international clients on a daily basis on a variety of employment law matters including company restructuring, employment agreements, top management, commercial agency agreements, discrimination in the workplace, international secondments, industrial relations, due diligence, collective bargaining agreements, employee benefit plans, incentive plans, and litigation. She is a certified Ius Laboris project manager and often manages cross-border matters.
Lea is the author of a number of articles on employment law topics and often speaks at internal and external seminars. In 2009 she was seconded to the London office of Lewis Silkin. She is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Italian Employment Lawyers Association.
